March 17, 20233 yr comment_35099 My question is in reference to a privately owned 2nd floor apartment managed by a company - common area only and not classed as high rise Personally i would not expect a management company to undertake a PEEP for for a privately owned property even if within a managed building (Property is not a care home etc) However the lady cannot access the stairs due to mobility issues and lift is not usable Any thoughts gratefully received Thank you Report
