mark Evans Posted March 17, 2023 Report Share Posted March 17, 2023 My question is in reference to a privately owned 2nd floor apartment managed by a company - common area only and not classed as high rise Personally i would not expect a management company to undertake a PEEP for for a privately owned property even if within a managed building (Property is not a care home etc) However the lady cannot access the stairs due to mobility issues and lift is not usable Any thoughts gratefully received Thank you Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
