Guest Sue Posted March 16, 2017 Report Share Posted March 16, 2017 I am selling a flat. They are purpose built privately owned flats. 18 flats in all with three entrances, 6 flats in each block. AnthonyB Posted March 16, 2017 Report Share Posted March 16, 2017 The fire extinguishers may not be needed (if they are purpose built flats) but the fire risk assessment is - but only for the common areas carried out by the management company and not for each flat.
