Guest Jacques Posted October 27, 2014 Report Share Posted October 27, 2014 I would like to know if the fire extinguishers in schools MUST be placed on floor tray standing as this is a Health & Safety issue, or could be wall mounted and comply with fire regulations? Couvre-Feu Posted October 28, 2014 Report Share Posted October 28, 2014 Jacques, The only UK regulation is that you must be equipped with appropriate fire fighting equipment and that it is easily accessible, simple to use and indicated by signs - the BS is more detailed but is only guidance.
